RSVP Ready this New Year with Afamado

Besides September (my birthday month), December is my absolute favourite time of the year! Hot coffees, chilly mornings, fuzzy sweaters, I love it all...Another exciting thing about this time of the year is the celebration. Be it weddings, Christmas, New Year's Eve, it's quite an eventful month for most. This 2017, my go-to brand, Afamado, has ensured none of us experience any "I have nothing to wear" problems. Presenting their newest ready to party collection - RSVP Ready ❤

Christian Dior once said, "You can wear black at any time. You can wear it any age. You may wear it for almost any occasion." And I couldn't agree more! Black is simply delightful. It is easy yet has so much experimental potential. This power of the colour is what Afamado's newest collection explores with a wide range of options in the trendiest of styles. Dressing up is about having fun with your style and not stressing. Don't you agree that wearing an LBD is such an instant mood lifter. It feels safe, it feels sexy and instills a confidence no other colour can.

For myself, I chose this Leather Patched Sheer Overlay Dress from the RSVP collection. Flirty and flattering, it is a double layer dress with tulip sleeves. The faux leather embellished yoke lends an edge to the overall look of the dress. Personally, for me, it is the sheer detailing that creates the real magic...Taking a cue from Christian Dior's words, I decided to bust the popular myth and wore black to breakfast. Hello Holly Golightly! 💓 I am a sucker for all things classic and Audrey Hepburn's look from Breakfast at Tiffany's has always been iconic and how for me! What fun is fashion if you don't have fun with it. I had the time of my life recreating this iconic look with a millennial touch to it. Pearl earrings, a pair of black gloves, pink heels and of course sunglasses were my accessory picks to complete the look. I put my hair into a messy bun and opted for a mix of Mehr and Relentlessly Red by MAC on my lips. Et voilà! Why limit celebrations and dressing up to evenings alone. Breakfast is a great excuse to step out of the house in style.

Ending the post with words to live by - "Elegance is the only beauty that never fades." Audrey Hepburn on style.

Until the next post, lots of love - M!

  1. It is necessary to pay the required attention to the aim of any particular events at corporate event venues San Francisco. Launching a new consumer product is a good example of how to handle a special type of the corporate event. Launching an item includes the customer indictment as the greatest goal.
